Packers open Micah Parsons' practice window; still mum on return
Micah Parsons, the Packers' edge rusher, has returned to practice for the first time since his ACL injury last year. The team has opened a 21-day practice window for him, although he remains on the physically unable to perform list. Despite his return to the field, Parsons has not committed to a specific date for his return to game action, indicating that he wants to manage expectations carefully.
During practice, Parsons was limited to individual drills, focusing on exercises he had previously done with trainers. He is expected to start participating in 11-on-11 drills next week. Coach Matt LaFleur noted that Parsons has been cleared to engage fully in individual activities. Parsons, who underwent surgery following his injury and faced a lengthy recovery due to additional meniscus damage, expressed that he is still working on regaining his conditioning and football shape as he prepares for a potential return.
