There is a way back for Jack Grealish after another Everton omission - David Moyes
Jack Grealish was absent from Everton's squad for their recent Premier League victory over Newcastle United due to a fitness issue. His omission followed a previous absence from the Carabao Cup match against the same team, which was attributed to a breach of club discipline. Everton managed to secure a 3-1 win in that cup match and continued their success with a narrow 1-0 victory in the league, where Thierno Barry scored the only goal.
Manager David Moyes confirmed that Grealish is still not available for selection, but he indicated that there is a potential path for the midfielder to return to the team in the future. Grealish has struggled with fitness this season, having previously missed a match against Arsenal due to illness. Currently on a season-long loan from Manchester City, he has made six appearances for Everton this season, following a previous campaign where he contributed significantly before an injury cut his season short.
