Patrick Dorgu returns to Man United training ahead of Roma clash
Patrick Dorgu has returned to training with Manchester United ahead of their Champions League match against Roma, providing a boost to head coach Michael Carrick. Dorgu participated in a training session at Carrington after recovering from a hamstring injury that had sidelined him for over a month. The 22-year-old last played in a match against Fulham on September 20 and suffered the injury while representing Denmark during the international break.
With Luke Shaw still unavailable, Carrick had to use Diogo Dalot as a makeshift left-back in the recent loss to Chelsea. Shaw remains out of training, and Marcus Rashford is also dealing with a hip issue. Manchester United is currently struggling, having gone nine games without a win, which has raised concerns about Carrick's future as head coach. Following the match against Roma, United will face Aston Villa, marking their last game before the November international break.
